Job site analysis
A therapist from the Industrial Rehabilitation team will go directly to your place of employment and observe the worker performing his/her job duties. This allows the therapist to identify any potential job hazards and offer suggestions to help the person perform his/her job more comfortably and easily. Work station modifications for improved ergonomics and safety will be recommended as needed. - Functional Job Description Development

Screening Services
- Post-Offer, Pre-placement Functional Capacity Screens
- This two-to three-hour evaluation is designed to help determine a person's ability to safely function his/her proposed work environment. Strength, flexibility and capacity to perform work tasks, such as lifting, carrying, typing, computer work, kneeling and squatting are assessed. In this way the client and industrial rehabilitation team can determine an individual's capacity (or lack thereof) to perform the job duties assigned.

From the day of injury, return-to-work specialists focus on healing, symptom control and preparation for work re-entry. A case management system ensures close communication among payers, employees and employers.
Work conditioning Program
Our work conditioning program is designed to restore physical capacity and function and provides:- Both physical and Occupational Therapy
- Less comprehensive than work capacity evaluations or work hardening
- Two to four times per day
- Three to five days per week
- Typically six weeks in duration
Work Hardening Program
Our Work Hardening Program helps people to:- Develop physical tolerances for work
- Regain flexibility, mobility, strength and endurance
- Learn safe work techniques
- Assess tools or job modifications for safe return to work
- Explore career options
- Understand their injury and ways to self-manage pain
